- Outstanding Work
Took our new car (well, new to us) to Abra after a minor run-in with a parking structure. Even though we made no appointment, Jake, our estimator/service advisor, evaluated the damage shortly after we arrived and had a detailed estimate ready within fifteen minutes. Exceptionally courteous and professional, he answered all our questions and we decided to leave the car there for repair. Within a week, their ETA, Abra let us know that the work was complete. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From the surface repair to the paint matching, they did an incredible job. The fender looks nearly better than new! They even detailed the car, so it was almost like driving it off the showroom lot. We highly recommend them for their quality and customer service.
Eighties Fan - Outstanding experience - took longer than expected but that was because my trained tech found additional damage not initially seen that had to be ordered from Tesla. Picked up the car today and it looks great!

I was informed every step of the way. My car was gone a few weeks. They replaced things i had no idea they even were going to. This body shop was exceptional. Besides my initial insurance call, i did zero work to zero effort. I paid my deductible and went home

There was a minor issue when they were finished with the rear bumper and Shawn agreed, and without argument went to work to resolve the matter to my satisfaction. Outstanding service! I have a Tesla, and they're infamous for how long it takes to repair. Just finding a shop available, AND within my insurance's network, has been the 2nd most annoying thing ever besides the accident itself.
Autobody was probably the 10th shop on my list I've called and the first person to answer was super nice, she answered a few questions for me, then put me on hold to get me to a technician. He answered a few questions for me as well and was super nice/patient about it.
Not to sound pretentious but if someone gets in an accident and needs their car fixed, some hospitality goes a long way lol. Thanks for being great communicators! Gives me confidence in my future repair (hopefully soon)

victoria baker - Great, professional work! Vehicle was ready ahead of scheduled date. Noticed a new warning light on dash for the Acura VSA system that wasn’t there when vehicle was dropped off. Brought to attention of my estimator and they provided me a rental car so they could have vehicle checked out by Acura dealership. A day later got my vehicle back. Ended up just needing a new calibration in reference to the repair, no biggie. Completely satisfied with body/repair work and for making sure I was 100% satisfied. Highly recommended!

Stacey Gray - Normally surprise work by a shop is bad news. However, in this case, these guys went above and beyond expectations!
On top of their superior customer service, I got my car back repaired, all 4 tires aligned, and the whole car friggen DETAILED! I'm not talking a basic wash. I mean washed and waxed, including the spaces between the doors and body, tires shined, interior deep cleaned, wiped down, and vaccumed to the point all my dog's hair disappeared.
It looked and felt like my whole car was replaced with a new one.
They even contacted Enterprise to pick me up and closed out my contract for me when I picked up my car.
The only "work" I had to do in all of this was pay my deductible.
I hope I never get into another accident, but if I do, I know exactly where to go.
10/10 would recommend, push, and force poeple to go here.

Jesse, her advisor, took time when receiving the vehicle and returning the vehicle to look over the vehicle and review steps with my mother. After picking up the vehicle, my mother went back because the tire pressure light was on. Even though it didn't have anything to do with the repair she had completed, Jesse took the time to fill the tires with air and make sure the tire light went off. She was very happy with the entire process and the customer service.

Replaced and painted the front fender and painted the door, sent the front wheel out to be refinished and did a front end alignment. They also rotated the tires cleaned the interior car came back looking way better than before the accident. Paint matched perfectly with a lifetime warranty! I’m taking my van up there next week for a little touchup. I will certainly use Autobody solutions again if I need body work. They did a great job and the price was fair.
